| When are team sign-ins? |
| Team check in will be held on Friday from 6:00pm – 9:00 pm at the host hotel, the Holiday Inn Express. We encourage all teams to check in Friday night as limited staff will be available to check teams in on Saturday in an effort to provide the best service during the tournament. If you must check-in on Saturday, you must appear at tournament headquarters approximately 1 hour before your first game. |

| What do I need to bring to check-in? |
1. Official roster signed by your association registrar and by the coach
2. Medical releases for each rostered player and guest player, if applicable.
3. Properly executed guest player form, if applicable.
4. 5 filled out game rosters for U9 and older teams. |

| What do I need to have notorized? |
| Notarized medical releases are preferred, but not required. |
| |
| Do we need to bring alternate jerseys? |
| Alternate jerseys are NOT required. However if you do not have alternate jerseys, please make sure to bring pennies in case of any color conflicts with the opposing team. |

| Can we bring our pets to the Cleburne Sports Complex? |
| We love pets, but not on our fields. All pets are strictly prohibited at the Cleburne Sports Complex. We do not want to take the chance of children being injured by pets. We also do not want to risk having animals injured by running children and soccer balls. Even the smallest pets can bite, even pets on a leash. Please understand our concern about this and leave your pets at home. |

| Are we allowed to bring our RV to the Cleburne Sports Complex? |
| RVs are allowed. The southwest parking lot will be the dedicated spot for all RVs at the Cleburne Soccer Complex. Can not stay over night without city approval. |

| Are we allowed to grill or smoke food at the Cleburne Sports Complex? |
| Smokers and grills are NOT allowed inside the Cleburne Sports Complex |
